We don’t consider a sale complete until goods are delivered and customer still satisfy. If you are not completely satisfied, do let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
Is my order eligible for return?
Yes, inasmuch as item is in original condition as purchased. Tags and packaging must be intact.
Within how many days I can return my order after I’ve received it?
Within 14 days after delivery date for local (Singapore) orders or 28 days from the delivery date for international orders.
Are items on sale allowed for return?
Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
What if I accidentally ordered the wrong item or size?
Please inform us within 2 hours of placing the order so we can amend the order.
How will I receive my refund?
Cash refunds are not provided for returns but you’ll receive your return in an equivalent value of store credit.
How long does it take for my return parcel to be processed?
Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of parcel. You will receive an email notification once return is processed.
Do I have to pay for the shipping fee?
No, if the item was delivered defective or sent wrongly. If this is not the case, you will pay for the shipping fee.
How can I return my order?
Check to see that product is in original condition, i.e. tags and packaging are intact, is unworn, and unwashed. Then, contact us to confirm the eligibility of the return of the item.
• For Local (Singapore) Order, once order is confirmed, our delivery man will collect the parcel from you.
• For International Order, we will e-mail you a DHL return label for you to ship the parcel.
