When can I receive my order after placing the order?
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Orders will not be processed over Weekends or Public Holidays.
Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be inevitably delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If significant delays are expected regarding the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All Parcels will be Shipped via Registered Mail, therefore, we are unable to deliver orders to PO Boxes.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking number provided once the order is dispatched. You can check your parcel status on carrier’s website.
What if delivery man is here and I’m not around?
There will be a second attempt at delivery and if you are not around, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you about a new time for the next delivery.
I still haven’t received my parcel. Who should I look for?
You can check delivery status on the carrier’s website. If you are having problems with tracking, contact us here.
Can I receive my parcel during the weekend?
Yes. Weekend deliveries are available on Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. only.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we do! Janio is our courier partner for all international deliveries.
How much do you charge for international orders?
We charge a flat fee of S$39.90 for each parcel.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Island Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
