Refunds
We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to return and exchange.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only if the item is out of stock or received in a defective condition.

Discounted items, including products under our “Sale” collection, are not eligible for refunds.

Each customer is entitled to a maximum of 5 order refunds per calendar year. Refund requests beyond this limit will not be processed.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

Please note that items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged in physical stores.
