We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to return and exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only if the item is out of stock or received in a defective condition.

• Discounted items, including products under our “Sale” collection, are not eligible for refunds. 

• Each customer is entitled to a maximum of 5 order refunds per calendar year. Refund requests beyond this limit will not be processed.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

• Please note that items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged in physical stores.

Return by Mail: Please mail the returned package to 48 Toh Guan Road East, Enterprise Hub #05-105, Singapore 608586. Shipping cost will be borne by customers and we will not be responsible for the lost parcel.

or +65 88005900 / +60 18 320 3839 for further assistance and let us know which size you would like to exchange. We will reserve the item for you and you can exchange it within 3 business days upon reservation.
