Return and Exchanges

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

All items purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned. 

What is the return policy?

Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during peak periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email. 

Return by store

Kindly bring along the item/s to be returned, together with your order receipt. Our cashiers will assist you with the return. Returns will be refunded through online which will take up to 7 days. Please note sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned. Find a Store here.

Return by mail

Mail the item/s to be returned, together with your order receipt, to the following address. You are advised to use a trackable postal service as we are not accountable for parcels lost in transit. Please ensure they are packed safely as items damaged during transit will not be acceptable for returns. 

Your order will be fully refunded through the online payment service you had registered within 7 business days. Strictly no cash refund will be allowed in any physical stores.

 

How do I make an exchange?

Items purchased online or in our stores can be exchanged for other products or different sizes within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless specifically mentioned.

If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the excess value on another item. Please note that any excess value cannot be refunded. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to cover the balance. We reserve the right to reject item/s that do not fulfil the conditions above.
